CAUTION An extremely useful guide to the best bottomless brunches and lunches under $100 in Sydney rn

BY: Kartya Vucetic
It’s true, not all bottomless brunches and lunches are created equally.
Some are genuinely good value. Others are essentially a glass of Prosecco and one sad share plate. And with almost every restaurant nowadays slinging some version of a bottomless menu, the trick lies in the ability to pick out the real winners.
So, in the interest of public service (after all, someone has to put in the hard yards), we’ve pulled together some of the best bottomless menus in Sydney right now for under $100. We’ve also broken them down by Sydney region, because I know you Bondi girls aren’t crossing that bridge anytime soon.
From pasta parties, drag brunches and rooftop spritzes to bottomless margs, Vietnamese feasts and long lunches that may or may not derail your entire afternoon, here’s where you should actually be booking.
CBD
Zaffi

Image: Supplied
Starting off strong with a…dare I say it…a mid-week inclusion. I know, diabolical. This one’s for the CBD corporates working from home on Friday because “it just makes more sense”. Zaffi’s Bottomless Pasta Party has just launched and is tempting us with free-flowing drinks and chef-selected pasta for just $69 per person. It’s also perfect for bottomless enthusiasts who are frankly sick and tired of another burrata and garlic bread moment. Built on late-night Lebanese hospitality, Zaffi’s also offering DJ’s throughout the night and the option to kick on after the 1.5 hours has timed out, so you can avoid the impending “where do we go now” predicament that we all know far too well.
- WHEN: Every Thursday, from 5:30pm
- WHERE: Zaffi, CBD
- HOW MUCH: $69 per person for 1.5 hours
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Rekōdo

Image: Barangaroo
Popular amongst the girls and just people with generally good taste, Rekōdo’s Jukebox Bottomless is a staple for anyone in the know. For two hours and $95, you’ll be treated to Japanese-style share plates including wagyu tataki, tempura zucchini flowers and okonomi-temaki with salmon belly and avocado. An extra $35 will also score you cocktails including their watermelon margarita and mimosas. Honestly, the hardest choice here is deciding which vinyl song request to put in.
- WHEN: Every Saturday and Sunday, 12-3pm
- WHERE: Rekōdo at Barangaroo House, Barangaroo
- HOW MUCH: $95 per person for 2 hours (+$35 for cocktails)
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Matteo Downtown

Image: Matteo Sydney
Another classic option for those who like good food and a good time. Our hot take is that the CBD venue is better than their OG Double Bay spot. Polished enough to get dressed up, but head over on a Saturday for their Drag Bottomless Brunch and expect pure and total anarchy (in the best way possible). And while it comes in just under $100 at $99 per person, you’ll get plenty of vodka rigatoni, limoncello shots and tiramisu in return.
- WHEN: Every Saturday and Sunday, 12-2:30pm
- WHERE: Matteo Downtown, CBD
- HOW MUCH: $99 (+$10 for Matteo Lager)
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Babylon Rooftop

Image: Instagram @babylonrooftop
Honestly, I feel like so many people sleep on Babylon. Not only does it have perhaps one of the most central rooftops in the city, but the food is next level. Perfect for sunny days where the plan is to almost certainly kick on after, their $89 Middle Eastern share-style spread on Saturdays is incredibly decent. And unlike other venues, no, they don’t charge you extra for cocktails.
- WHEN: Every Saturday, from 1pm
- WHERE: Babylon Rooftop, CBD
- HOW MUCH: $89 per person for 2 hours
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Untied

Image: Supplied
Less fine dining and more fun, Untied is where you will probably go to get just a little bit messy. And there’s no judgment in that. It’s also a slightly cheaper option coming in at $75 per person, which is a major win. Fair warning, however, to not come too hungry, as it’s just a self-described “light share platter” provided. You do get, nonetheless, one of the best views in the city. Admittedly, this is the place for frosé and probably a few regrets (in a good way).
- WHEN: Every Sunday, from 12pm
- WHERE: Untied, Barangaroo
- HOW MUCH: $75 per person for 2 hours
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Inner City
Bar Nina

Image: Bar Nina
Not only one of the best bottomless options if you’re on a budget, but one of the best bottomless options in Sydney generally. If you haven’t been to Bar Nina before, then you haven’t really been to bottomless brunch. What’s more dangerous? They run it every day, all day. Yes, you heard me correctly. Brunch, lunch and dinner. It also starts at just $59 per person, meaning it’s perfect for groups and those who don’t want to feel hungover and poor the next day.
- WHEN: Every day, brunch, lunch and dinner available
- WHERE: Bar Nina, Darlinghurst
- HOW MUCH: From $59
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Shaffa

Image: Supplied, Nick De Lorenzo
Okay, okay, this one doesn’t come in perfectly under $100 if you include the drinks package. But we promise this is the only one and it’s 100% worth it. Shaffa has quickly become one of our favourite restaurants in Sydney, and their $79 Weekend Long Lunch special is an absolute standout. Think eggplant labneh, palamida crudo and octopus al ha’esh with crispy potatoes. Yes, the drinks packages start at an additional $37, but try that octopus and then tell me it wasn’t worth the extra mile.
- WHEN: Every Saturday and Sunday, 12-2:30pm
- WHERE: Shaffa, Surry Hills
- HOW MUCH: From $79 (+$37 for beer & rose, +$47 for margaritas)
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Ouzo

Image: Instagram @ouzobar_dining
Those who want to momentarily pretend they could afford a Greece summer trip this year should head over to Ouzo for their eight-course Mediterranean feast paired with bottomless drinks. And while it’s just hitting under that $100 mark, you do score as many espresso martinis, saganaki and Aperol Spritzes you can stomach.
- WHEN: Every Saturday and Sunday, 11am, 11:15am and 3:30pm
- WHERE: Ouzo, Darlinghurst
- HOW MUCH: $99 per person for 2 hours
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Giuls

Image: Instagram @giuls_surry_hills
Surry Hills institution, Giuls, similarly tempts us with booze and carbs thanks to their $79 bottomless package running from Friday to Sunday. Foccacia, arancini, pasta and ricotta bruschetta are all on the menu alongside the trusty espresso martini and Aperol Spritz. Perfect for those wanting a birthday lunch venue that feels effortless but actually required a lot of effort to coordinate.
- WHEN: Every Friday to Sunday, 12-3:30pm
- WHERE: Giuls, Surry Hills
- HOW MUCH: $79 per person for 1.5 hours
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Cho Cho San

Image: Cho Cho San
Cho Cho San’s Bottomless is the perfect option for those wanting to not tragically roll out of the venue afterwards (IYKYK). The Japanese menu includes sushi, sashimi and izakaya plates – great if you’re wanting something lighter, terrible if you’re needing to soak up booze. Nevertheless, this would probably be one of our top picks for those trying to do bottomless lunch in a remotely dignified way. It’s also got DJs running all day which is a vibe.
- WHEN: Every Saturday, 12-3pm
- WHERE: Cho Cho San, Potts Point
- HOW MUCH: $99 per person for 1 hour 45 minutes (+$21 for cocktails)
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
The Waratah

Image: The Waratah
It should come as no surprise that our favourite Darlinghurst pub (and our favourite pub in general, really) also gets in and amongst the bottomless action. Whether you’re perched on the balcony for a sunny day, or tucked into one of their comfy booths, it’s honestly an all round option. A $99 down payment gets you a bottomless spritz package for 90 minutes and Australiana light set menu including a half roast chook.
- WHEN: Every Saturday and Sunday
- WHERE: The Waratah, Darlinghurst
- HOW MUCH: $99 per person for 90 minutes
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Don’t Tell Aunty

Image: Don’t Tell Aunty
An excellent option for those who are sick and tired of burrata and bread, Don’t Tell Aunty is the cool way of doing bottomless brunch. Starting at $79, you’ll be treated to an Indian feast including the restaurant’s signature ‘Balls of Happiness’, curry platters, and gulab jamun, to name a few. Add an extra $20 if you’re wanting less beer and wine, and more margarita.
- WHEN: Every day
- WHERE: Don’t Tell Aunty, Surry Hills
- HOW MUCH: $79 per person for 2 hours (+$20 for margaritas)
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Inner West
20 Chapel

Image: Seven Rooms
20 Chapel should be considered your go-to Marrickville option if you’re looking for some seriously good food. For $95 per person, you’ll be fed raw fish ‘kokoda’, Abrolhos island scallops, garlic prawn pots and their famous wagyu beef burger. Sure, it’s an additional $30 to add on seasonal cocktails, but all in all we’d say it’s still worth it. Plus, the whole industrial vibe of the restaurant means it’s giving less ‘bottomless brunch’ and more ‘we’re dining and happen to have a bottomless package’ if that makes sense?
- WHEN: Every Saturday
- WHERE: 20 Chapel, Marrickville
- HOW MUCH: $95 per person for 1 hour 45 minutes (+$30 for cocktails)
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Hello Auntie

Image: Hello Auntie
Another perfect example of an Inner West venue doing bottomless brunch that goes beyond pizza and a ball of burrata. Coming in at $85, Hello Auntie serves up some of their most classic Vietnamese dishes including wagyu beef tartare and Goi Cuon (their popular rice paper roll kits). You’ll also score a mix of lychee ginger, strawberry lime and passionfruit grape spritzes for those who can’t take yet another glass of rose.
- WHEN: Every Saturday and Sunday
- WHERE: Hello Auntie, Marrickville
- HOW MUCH: $85 per person for 90 minutes
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Toxteth Hotel

Image: Toxteth Hotel
Perfect for those wanting the less fussy, more friendly version, the Tocky Terrace obviously also gets in on the action. For $85 you’ll score some classic pub food plus bottomless mimosas, bloody Mary’s and the usual drinks. This one’s perfect for large groups who definitely plan on kicking on and have absolutely zero interesting in turning bottomless brunch into something fancier than it truly is.
- WHEN: Every Saturday and Sunday
- WHERE: Toxteth Hotel, Glebe
- HOW MUCH: $85 per person for 2 hours
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Nu’u by Nativo

Image: Nu’u by Nativo
Nu’u by Nativo is the Glebe Mexican pick for those wanting more than just some measly guac with their margs. At $90 per person, it’s decently strong value given you get a literal five-course brunch menu inclusive of margaritas and spritzes. Tacos, grilled flank steak and Oaxacan flan are all on the menu, meaning this is one you come hungry for.

Eastern Suburbs
Carbon

Image: Carbon Mexican Woodfire
There’s no surprise that Bondi institution Carbon also gets in and amongst the bottomless fun. And admittedly, there’s just something about a bottomless margarita moment in Bondi that feels, well, very Bondi. Starting at $89 per head, the venue pares it back to the basics: tacos and margaritas. A recipe for success, really.
- WHEN: Saturdays and Sundays, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm
- WHERE: Carbon, Bondi
- HOW MUCH: $89 for 12pm; $99 for 2pm and 4pm for 90 minutes

Rocker

Image: Instagram @rockerbondi
Rocker is the perfect Bondi option for those wanting something a little less feral than your traditional bottomless. For $85 per person, you’ll get free flowing mimosas, sparkling, beer and rose alongside shared seasonal dishes including burrata, tomato salads and chicken schnitzel. The biggest drawcard, however, has got to be the ‘luxe upgrades’ like frozen margaritas for an additional $27.
- WHEN: Thursday to Sunday, 11:30am, 1:45pm and 4pm
- WHERE: Rocker, Bondi
- HOW MUCH: From $85 for 90 minutes
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Osteria

Image: Osteria Coogee
Osteria’s RnB bottomless Saturday lunch is exactly what you think it is: throwback tunes, an Italian feast and probably too much rose. It’s designed for groups (minimum four people), meaning this is the place you go when you plan to kick on after. Burrata, fried pizza and lamb ragu are just some of the menu highlights. Also a solid non-Bondi choice.
- WHEN: Every Saturday, from 2pm
- WHERE: Osteria, Coogee
- HOW MUCH: $99 for two hours
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Bartiga

Image: Instagram @bartiga.syd
We’d be lying if we said we didn’t appreciate the commitment to the cause when a venue opens up their bottomless menu to mid-week. And thankfully, Bartiga does exactly that. Every day, the restaurant serves up its 90-minute, $99 bottomless menu including the likes of tom yum goong arancini, watermelon tostada and chilli eggplant linguine. Margaritas are also included, which is always appreciated. This one’s designed for groups, with Saturday and Sunday reserved for 6 or more guests FYI.

- WHERE: Bartiga, Double Bay
- HOW MUCH: $99 for 90 minutes
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Italo House

Image: Italo House
Another Italian Bondi classic, Italo House is geared up for groups and just overall fun, really. Their basic package comes in at $89 but also includes Aperol Spritzes on top of your standard beer and wine. As far as food goes, they keep it pretty classic with antipasti, pasta and pizza courses. Simple, but that’s sometimes best.

- HOW MUCH: From $89 ($109 for margaritas and espresso martinis) for 2 hours
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.
Makaveli

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’d know that we’re big fans of Makaveli. Aside from being one of our favourite intimate, day-to-night venues in Bondi, they also do a bottomless lunch from Friday to Sunday that comes in at $99. Two hours will score you bottomless espresso martinis, Aperol Spritzes and small share plates (yes, the food gets topped up too).
- WHEN: Friday to Sunday, 12-5pm
- WHERE: Makaveli, Bondi
- HOW MUCH: $99 for 2 hours
- CHECK IT OUT HERE.

A beloved North Shore staple for anyone in the know, Nico in Cammeray is perfect for those wanting to permanently avoid the Surry Hills to CBD bottomless anarchy come 1pm on a Saturday. It’s also perfect for those living north who are set on not crossing the bridge. For $89, you’ll be treated to freshly baked focaccia, homemade pasta and all the Italian classics. And while they run the special from Tuesday to Saturday (dangerous), their Saturday seating features live DJs and is definitely the go.

Felons is the strong value Manly inclusion coming in at just $75 per person, with share dishes, house drinks and DJ sets from 2-4pm. Sure, the cocktail upgrade pushes it over $100, but the base package is very workable if everyone can survive without an Aperol for just two hours.
