TACKLES & TUXES All the pics you need from last night’s Dally M Awards (NRL’s night of nights)

BY: Kartya Vucetic
Sydney swapped jerseys for sequins last night as the NRL’s biggest names descended on Royal Randwick for the 2025 Dally M Awards. The league’s “night of nights” saw footy’s finest step off the field and onto the red carpet.
Naturally, we expected the usual mix of designer gowns, sharp suits, and more spray tans than a Bondi underground solarium. And while the awards themselves crowned the season’s best and brightest, let’s be honest: you’re here for the outfits, the posing, and the slightly awkward couple shots that could’ve been ripped straight from a high school formal.
The fashion takeaway? Sparkles, sparkles and more sparkles. And hey, I’m not necessarily mad about it. And while less is more in some instances, I’m not here to yuck someone else’s yum.
From WAGs turning it into a full couture showcase, to players proving they can, in fact, tie a bow tie when they need to, the carpet gave us everything from understated chic to unapologetic sparkle (mostly the latter).
So, what am I waiting for? Here’s all the red carpet pics.
