FASHION POLICE The most Logies looks at the 2026 Logies

The carpet has been rolled out for the 66th Logies, which means Australia’s television industry has once again assembled at The Star and remembered, briefly, that formalwear exists.

And while the Logies might never quite reach Met Gala calibre, we’ve got to give credit where credit is due. This year’s fashion was surprisingly strong. There were few crimes against tailoring, some genuinely great looks and enough evidence to suggest Sydney is not, in fact, where fashion goes to die.

So, as the night comes to a close, we’re doing what any completely unqualified civilians with internet access would do: judging the outfits.

Here’s our best dressed list from TV Week’s 66th Logies Awards.

Sonia Kruger

SCORE: 9.3

Miss Logies herself never comes to play. Sonia Kruger once again appeared to have taken styling notes directly from the trophy, turning up in head-to-toe bronze and proving some traditions are worth keeping. As always, she looks fabulous.

Catriona Rowntree

SCORE: 9.5

The dress matching the carpet this perfectly is kind of iconic. The colour is doing a lot of the heavy lifting, even if the bodice tailoring feels slightly off, but overall it’s absolutely giving proper Logies red carpet.

Julia Morris

SCORE: 9.7

Julia did not come to play. She came to show the Logies how it’s done, and she knows she succeeded. And a cape?! No notes.

Ada Nicodemou

SCORE: 9.5

The material, the shape, the silhouette. Someone get Ada off the red carpet and on the steps of the Met.

Sophie Monk

SCORE: 10

Once again, Sophie Monk has reminded everyone that she is, and perhaps always will be, the hottest woman on Australian television. Another Logies, another win.

Laura Byrne

SCORE: 9.3

Laura Byrne went full Disney princess and, annoyingly, pulled it off. Soft, romantic and properly dreamy without feeling too costume-y. This is exactly the kind of red carpet fantasy we want from the Logies.

Philippa Northeast

SCORE: 9.7

It’s nice, it’s different, it’s unusual. Phillippa Northeast gave us something genuinely unexpected on the carpet, and in a sea of safer choices, that alone deserves points. Weird in the right way, cool without trying too hard, and easily one of the more memorable looks of the night.

Brittany Hockley

SCORE: 9.1

When flipping through the Logies photos, this one stopped me. Creative, different and just weird enough to have some actual personality. Frankly, we appreciate that.

Abbey Gelmi

SCORE: 9.0

Abbey Gelmi has once again proven she understands the assignment. Polished, glamorous and just interesting enough to avoid disappearing into the sea of red carpet gowns.

Ricki-Lee Coulter

You can never really go wrong with Ricki-Lee at the Logies. Another year, another sequinned reminder that she knows exactly what she’s doing on a red carpet.
