BOOKED A massive NYE festival is coming back to Bondi Beach this year

For the first time in over a decade, New Year’s Eve celebrations are officially returning to Bondi Beach.
Today, Fuzzy announced that it’s bringing elrow Sydney XXL to the beachfront on 31 December, with the international dance music festival taking over two stages to ring in 2027.
And, because apparently a normal stage wasn’t sufficient, this year’s theme is the Rowmuda Triangle. If you’re not following, it’s essentially a shipwreck fantasy complete with a giant pirate ship, sea monsters, inflatable creatures, pirates, mermaids and the general visual restraint elrow is famous for.

The second stage, dubbed the ‘Pink Cathedral’, will bring even more electronic music, inflatables, glitter and chaos to the shoreline.
And while the lineup hasn’t been announced yet, there are already a few dates worth marking in your calendar.
People who held tickets to the cancelled 2025 event will get first access, with that ballot opening on Thursday 17 September. A Locals and General presale will follow from Wednesday 30 September at 10am and 12pm respectively, before tickets go on sale to the general public on Thursday 1 October at midday. There’ll also be a separate free, all-ages Locals Lawn at the southern end of Bondi Beach Park for eligible Waverley residents, with food trucks, roaming entertainment and a 9pm fireworks display.
So yes, we are so back.
