OH LO JLO’s given Ben the axe, files for divorce on their two year anniversary

It’s a sad day indeed for Bennifer fans. This morning, news came in that Jennifer Lopez has officially called it quits with hubby Ben Affleck. What’s more? The popstar filed for divorce on the two-year anniversary of their second wedding. Ouch.

The couple, who were previously engaged in the early 2000’s, had a second stab at love when they reignited romances in 2022. After an intimate Las Vegas elopement, the two officiated their love more grandly in August of 2022 at Affleck’s property in Georgia.

Daily Mail reports that the two also did not sign a prenuptial agreement prior to their wedding in July 2022. We can only anticipate this to spark complex legal battles and delayed settlement periods. Especially with Lopez’ net worth sitting at approximately $400m. TMZ reports that despite the recent filing, the two have been embroiled in money disputes for quite some time now.

This will be Lopez’ fourth failed marriage, and Affleck’s second.
