HERE WE GO AGAIN Meet Kristen Goedecke, your very first MAFS bride for 2027

Believe it or not, ladies and gentlemen, but MAFS is officially back for another lap around the sun.
And while Season 14 might not technically arrive on our screens until early next year, So Sydney! can reveal that filming for the 2027 season has officially kicked off in Sydney this afternoon.
Sure, we may still be licking our wounds from the aftermath of the most recent season. But as it turns out there’s no rest for the wicked. And frankly, we’re not so mad about that.
We can confirm that the first wedding of the new season took place this afternoon at St George Sailing Club in Sans Souci. And while we’re yet to sneak a peek at the groom, we’ve already managed to spot our very first bride.
So, who is the first bride of MAFS 2027?
Despite the best efforts of producers to maintain some semblance of secrecy, it took us approximately five seconds to piece together the identity of the mystery woman.
So Sydney! understands that the first bride joining MAFS 2027 is Adelaide-based real estate agent Kristen Goedecke.
Ladies and gentlemen, meet your first bride for MAFS 2027
Goedecke currently works as a Sales Partner at Adelaide real estate agency TOOP+TOOP, where she has been employed since 2019. She initially worked across the company’s property-management division before moving into sales and steadily working her way up the ranks.
It also appears that real estate isn’t her only competitive arena, either. Goedecke has also apparently played senior women’s Australian rules football in Adelaide, with previous coverage recognising her performances for Payneham Norwood Union.

And while her personal Instagram account is currently private (standard), what we do know is that she appears to have the polished professional background, competitive streak and requisite confidence to make a strong entrance into the experiment.
So there we have it: one wedding down, one Adelaide real estate agent identified, and approximately six months until any of us get to find out whether the marriage made it past the honeymoon.
