Chris Lake is hosting a B2B set with FISHER this Saturday, and here’s how you can score tickets

Yes, yes, we’ve heard you. Sydney nightlife is kinda dead. And while it’s looking increasingly promising that things might be on the mend (if this isn’t proof I don’t know what is), perhaps we’ve all been looking at it wrong. Perhaps it’s not Sydney’s nightlife we should be focusing on, but our daytime sets that are proving increasingly popular.

Okay, enough of my cryptics. The local internet broke last night after FISHER announced he was in town and hosting a B2B pop-up set alongside Chris Lake this Saturday. In other words, we’ve cleared all our plans to be there. Because after all, how often does Sydney really score two world-class DJs headlining together?

Here’s what we know so far. The two artists announced it on their Instagram last night. It’ll be a 4-hour outdoor set sometime during the daytime (after all, old mate Chris Lake has to be at Hordern Pavilion by 7pm for his own show). Neither location nor time is yet to be confirmed, so unfortunately we can’t give you much in the way of that.

As far as tickets go, you can pretty much expect people to snap these up IMMEDIATELY. They’ll go live at 12.30pm tomorrow (Friday 9), and you can register your interest here. Oh, and we couldn’t leave this article without a shameless plug for Liquid I.V., who’ve basically helped put this whole thing together.

Good luck punters, because this one is bound to be a fight to the death.
