WHAT'S ON A House Of The Dragon pop-up experience is opening in Sydney this June

A free House Of The Dragon experience is opening beneath Sydney this month.
That’s right, Wynyard’s underground tunnels are getting a brief Westeros rebrand this June. We think it’s one way to make your winter commute feel a tad less bleak.
To celebrate the return of the HBO original series House Of The Dragon, a free immersive experience called ‘The Dragon’s Lair’ will be taking over the city on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 June.
The activation will invite guests to descend beneath Wynyard Park and take part in an immersive trial. Apparently, it’s designed to determine whether you possess the ancient Valyrian spark. Guests will be guided through hidden passages by Dragon Keepers before entering the underbelly of the Dragon Pit, where the experience will decide whether you’re prey or partner. Naturally.
The activation is free to attend, though tickets are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. A small number of tickets will also be available from the ticket booth on the day. However, given Sydney’s general enthusiasm for free immersive things, booking ahead is probably the more sensible move.
So, if you’ve been looking for an excuse to revisit the Targaryen family tree without having to admit it to your mates, consider this your moment.
Head over here to secure your spot before House of the Dragon returns on 22 June, only on HBO Max.
