Sydney and Melbourne, consider this your warning: Dutch powerhouse Mau P has just announced his debut Australian tour, and a ticketing bloodbath is about to ensue when sales go live at 12pm today.
Presented by Untitled Group, Mau P will play at UNSW Roundhouse on Friday 27 March and Melbourne’s Timber Yard on Saturday 28 March, 2026. It’s his first-ever Aussie headline run, and in classic fashion, neither mid-sized venue is even remotely big enough for the ticketing hype that’s already ensued.
If the name doesn’t immediately ring a bell, the music definitely will. Mau P is the guy behind global breakout Drugs From Amsterdam (230M+ streams), Beatport No.1 Metro (aka the most played track at Tomorrowland 2023), and remixes for the likes of Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia and Diplo.
Add in a Coachella Sahara Tent headline, his own Ibiza residency at Pacha, and a viral rework of Tame Impala’s The Less I Know The Better (already sitting on 45M streams), and you’ve got one of the hottest names in electronic music right now.
What’s more? Sydney and Melbourne both rank among his biggest global streaming cities, so the local fanbase has been gagging for this one. In other words, get your tabs ready, your WiFi stable, and your excuse to go on lunch break early, because you really don’t want to miss this.
