SPOILER ALERT
The bogans are back from Byron ahead of tonight’s MAFS dinner party, but one couple has mysteriously disappeared…

|

Well, what a week it has been. There’s been laughing, there’s been crying, and there’s been, much to Clint’s dismay, a whole lot of yelling. Now, the remaining MAFS couples are dolling themselves up for tonight’s dinner party. And by dolling up, we really mean polishing their armoury, because Jamie’s about to rage fucking war.

If you haven’t managed to catch yourself up to speed yet, best to first catch our recap over here. But let’s be real, all you actually need to know is that Lauren and Jamie have seriously fired up at each other (about time), and Rhi and Carina have been caught in the crossfire. Add far too many opinions into the room and more than a few bottles of vino, and you’ve got yourselves an impending major blowup.

But before the clusterfuck of this evening happened, there was calm before the storm. In that time, we managed to catch the couples stepping out and walking into the filming venue. And judging from these pics alone, you can tell that there’s some serious tension in the air. Oh, other than for Jacqui and Ryan, of course, who once again are back on and loved up more than ever.

Notable fashion mentions go to Jamie, who’s decided to dress up as the colour she’s probably seeing right now. Carina has adopted a similar strategy, opting for a cloth headpiece that probably will be doubled as an eye cover when she needs to block out the shit going down. Rhi’s also decided to power dress in a vibrant red gown, so you just know these three are about to go at it.

And despite all of this going on, what’s perhaps more glaringly obvious is what isn’t going on. By that, we mean the existence of Clint and Lauren. They. Never. Show. Up. So unless they’ve been snuck in through some secret back door, it looks like these two don’t end up making it to the dinner party. I’d say it’s surprising, but is it really?

Anyway, go and have a look yourself. In the meantime, I’ll be popping the corn and pouring the margs ahead of tonight’s absolute catastrophe.
