INFLUENCER MOMENT Here’s my honest review of The Help’s ‘Booster’ drink as a chronically tired girlie

BY: Kartya Vucetic

Hot girls are chronically tired. There, I said it. I don’t make the rules, they just are. So when The Help reached out asking if I’d try their ‘Booster’ drink and review it, I figured there was probably no harm in seeing if something could give me a little extra pep in my step (read: fix my personality).
From iron infusions to far too many double-shot coffees and the occasional sugar-free Red Bull, you name it, I’ve tried it. And don’t get me wrong, they do work… briefly. But the highs and subsequent crashes of caffeine are a daily rollercoaster I didn’t exactly sign up for. So when this neon-hued water supplement claimed to sidestep all that drama, I was intrigued. Mostly because I’ve never really trusted these kinds of products. They’ve always felt a bit, well, scammy.

So what actually is it?
The Help’s “Booster” powder is a water-based energy supplement made with matcha tea leaf, vitamin B12, green tea extract and raspberry ketones – all ingredients supposedly designed to give you a slow burn of energy without the 3pm crash or existential dread.
As someone who’s not a huge fan of matcha (let’s be honest, it tastes like dirt in a cute mug), I wasn’t holding my breath. But I was willing to give it a go, if only to justify the fact I own a Stanley cup and barely use it.

The verdict?
Look, there’s just about nothing in this world that would convince me to give up my morning coffee. And spoiler: this product didn’t change that.
But what did it do? Help me dodge the afternoon caffeine spiral. I often find the idea of a milky coffee post-lunch kind of revolting (no, I’m not Italian, I just have standards), and this gave me a solid alternative. One scoop into my water bottle, shake, and go. It tastes somewhere between iced tea and lemon Hydralyte, which honestly? Doesn’t offend me.

The energy kick is subtle – not jittery, just… functioning. And while it’s not a miracle, it has helped me get through the post-lunch slump with my sanity intact. Honestly, I think the real MVP here is the fact it’s made me drink more water. A win is a win.
Each tub gives you 50 servings and will set you back about $60. It might sound like a lot, but when you stack it up against your daily $6 oat latte habit, it kinda makes sense.
So if you, too, are a hot, tired girlie just trying to stay upright, you might want to give it a crack. Worst case? At least you’ll finally stay hydrated. And if I’ve piqued your interest, then you can head over here to check out the reviews.
