HARD LAUNCH Indy Clinton spotted heading for coffee at her new office job, and we finally know WHY

|

It’s not every day that influencers hang up the saddles of yummy mummy and OOTD content to commit to an arduous 9-5 corporate job, and that day is certainly not today. Because despite Indy Clinton being spotted on York St this morning having a quick office coffee break, we are officially convinced that this is definitely one big (and successful) PR stunt.

Not following? Let me catch you up to speed.

Back in April, Indy caused quite the confusion for a number of fans after announcing that she was starting a new corporate job in the city for a few days each week. And while it’s perfectly fine and actually quite normal for influencers to have work that’s separate to influencing, usually it’s not the mother-of-three and former TikTokker of the Year back in 2023.

Since then, there’s been a number of people (including her co-workers) spotted her out and about, living up office life. And as one of Australia’s most popular influencers, it’s all had us wondering…what is this very mysterious job she now has? Is it legit? Or is it just a PR stunt?

Turns out, the answer is probably a bit of both. Because after spotting Indy leaving Tessuto Cafe with none other than Gen Z boss Rachael Wilde this morning, it’s clear that the 27-year old is most likely working as the official ambassador for Wilde’s newest project, Bouf Haircare.

Wilde, who is also the Co-Founder of tbh Skincare and Boost Lab, officially launched her newest venture as of today – and it’s already whispered to be hitting Priceline stores very soon. And who better than to plug hair loss serums and supplements than the woman with perfect teeth, skin and hair? Now that’s a marketing genius, if you ask me.

In the past week, the collaboration has become increasingly clear thanks to Indy’s posting of her using the product personally, as well as the official brand shots posing with the product. And while it’s already attracted its fair share of controversy (mostly because they very obviously used wigs instead of real hair in the campaign, lol), like any influencer-endorsed product, we can probably expect this one to sell out like hot cakes.

Yet, the question still remains: why does this lady need to trek it into the CBD three days a week to sample the new hair serum? To answer that, we can probably assume it was a bit of a PR stunt to get people talking.

Scroll down to check out all the pictures of the two prior to the big launch this morning.
