CLOSE UP Yes, Jacqui and Clint are officially engaged. And we know you’re wanting close ups of the ring

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’d know that last night got officially engaged. Yes, you heard me correctly. Out of all the couples to come out of Season 12, they’re the first to be announcing their official tying of the knot. And let me tell you, it was quite the spectacle.
Last night, both So Dramatic! and Daily Mail hosted their own respective unofficial MAFS afterparties in Sydney. Jacqui and Clint were some of the few cast members (other than Dave and Billy) who opted for Megan Pustetto’s party, hosted at Arcade Sydney in the CBD.
The event, which welcomed a range of former MAFS stars, VIPs and ticketed public guests, ultimately was one not to be forgotten. And that was all thanks to our old mate Clint, who got on one knee and popped the question in front of a very public, very prying audience.
“I wanted to have this conversation with Jacqui later, but since we’ve got a room full of new friends, I thought why not,” Clint opens with, and let’s be real, we all know where this is about to go.
Without further ado, the Tassie grooms gets down on one knee and proceeds to flash a five carat whopper from Simon Curwood jewellers. And let me tell you, the man has good taste.
Honestly, it was a shock to everyone. I think Jacqui included. But nevertheless, we’re happy whenever love manages to find itself outside of the experiment, so I’d say a congrats for the happy couple are in order.
