DRAMA
Who went to the So Dramatic! afterparty? And are they on good terms with the rest of the cast?

|

If you’re feeling confused as to the seemingly endless number of MAFS parties and afterparties that happened in Sydney last night, you’re not alone. There were rivalries, no shows, and surprises at just about every turn you looked. And we’re here to break down exactly what went down.

Now, if you haven’t already seen our recap of Ali Daher from the Daily Mail’s unofficial afterparty, it’s best to first head over here. After all, most of the cast decided to prove their loyalty to the MAFS king himself, and there definitely was strength in numbers.

But just a few blocks down the road, Megan Pustetto from So Dramatic! decided to also host her very own unofficial MAFS afterparty on the same night. And if that’s not the most 2010 high school drama plot I’ve ever heard, I don’t know what is. Despite most of their colleagues rocking up to Noir on Oxford Street, Dave, Billy, Jacqui and Clint all decided to stick to the CBD. And our guess is that there’s probably more than one reason they split from the crowd.

It’s no secret that Jacqui and Clint have individually polarised more than one cast member during the experiment. It also makes complete and total sense that they wanted to steer clear from Ryan on the night that Clint decided to pop the question.

As for Billy and Dave, well, we know they’re thick as thieves, and neither are exactly the greatest fan of Eliot. To top it off, word of the night has it that Jamie and Dave are no longer on speaking terms, so you can kind of understand why neither of them wanted to party with their ex.

Celebrating alongside the existing cast included Jamie Azzopardi, as well as former MAFS stars Lauren Dunn and Olivia Frazer. The event was also openly ticketed to the public, so you can only imagine the number of single ladies flocking to Arcade Sydney in hopes of catching the attention of Billy and Dave. On that note, they appeared to lap it all up. All I’ll say is to make the most of it boys, because you only have about three of your fifteen minutes left.

Okay! Enough from me! Scroll down to check out all the pics from the start of the night.
