Rebel Wilson rocks canary yellow tracksuit for Sydney arrival

|

When travelling the skies, most people tend to opt for a lowkey airport look. But then again, most people aren’t Rebel Wilson. Yesterday, we spotted her making a rather colourful entrance at Sydney airport. While one may argue her sunglasses and cap were an attempt to go incognito, we suspect the canary yellow trackies may have given it away.

The film star paired the lemon-hued look with a beige New York Yankees cap, Gucci sneakers, and a large, black Birkin bag. She let her blonde tresses down as she entered Sydney looking relaxed.

The arrival comes amidst a defamation battle Wilson is facing after claiming the producers of her newly directed film, The Deb, inappropriately behaved, retaliated, and embezzled while on set. The star’s accusations commenced soon after learning that the producers had cut the film’s spot at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Wilson, who will make her directorial debut with the small Australian film, took to Instagram on Wednesday, 31 July to express her distaste towards the situation. In response, producers Amanda Ghost, Gregor Cameron, and Vince Holden hired Camille Vasquez and filed a defamation suit. Vasquez, who was also involved in the Heard v Depp case in 2022, is no stranger to high-profile celeb suits.

Legal battles aside, the star looked happy to be back in her hometown. After all, how bad can life really be with a $30,000 Birkin in hand?
